The 18-month journey from student to Canadian PR (Permanent Resident).
Hi, I’m Arjun from India. In January 2025, I landed in Toronto with a student visa. By June 2026, I had my Canadian Permanent Residency (PR). No agent. No lottery. Just smart planning.
In this post, I’ll share my exact month-by-month timeline — including mistakes, wins, and documents that got me approved.
📌 Key Stats: CRS Score: 485 → 565 (after PNP)

3 Lessons That Saved My PR Journey
- Choose public college + in-demand program (IT, Healthcare, Engineering).
- Apply for PNP early – don’t wait for high CRS.
- Keep job consistent – gaps hurt your application.
